• King Qin Guang reported to Great Emperor Fengdu that the Underworld lacked enough officials to manage its growing affairs.

After the Four Courts of Judgment were established, Great Emperor Fengdu reached the moment to attain the Dao and became an Earthly Dao Saint. The story leaves him recognized as the embodiment of the Underworld, with Saints and living beings across the Primordial World offering congratulations and reverence.

In Wushan, Yang Jian and Howling Celestial Dog encountered a winged figure and a three-headed hound amid the Dark Cult’s demonic influence.

• Fengdu welcomed East King Duke, Pingxin, and Zhenyuanzi after proving the Dao and attaining the Earthly Dao Saint Position.
• The other Saints congratulated Fengdu, while Jieyin proposed that Buddhist disciples fill the Netherworld’s vacant assistant judge posts and Primordial objected.

Yang Jian confronted Hom, a three-winged Fallen Angel leading the Wushan Church of the Dark Cult, and defeated him in battle. He then helped Howling Celestial Dog kill the three-headed vicious hound.

• Hom identified himself as a three-winged Fallen Angel of the Wushan Church and claimed his lord would take over the Primordial Great World.
• Hom and his three-headed hound attacked Yang Jian and Howling Celestial Dog.

• Yang Jian dispersed the demonic energy left by Hom and the three-headed monstrous hound, and Howling Celestial Dog recovered from its wounds.
• Yang Jian chose to investigate the Wushan Church before reporting the Dark Cult to the Dao Venerable.
