Konoha.
Orochimaru and Sasuke stood at opposite ends of the long street. Both ignored the faint sounds of fighting around them, their eyes fixed solely on each other!
Orochimaru grinned. "You didn't charge at me yelling like last time, Sasuke. Looks like you've grown quite a bit."
Sasuke lowered his stance slightly. "Hmph. The fact that you escaped me last time was just luck! You won't be so lucky this time!"
"Luck, you say?"
Orochimaru smiled, then slowly raised his hands.
Sasuke's expression sharpened. He knew Orochimaru was about to form Hand Seals, and his gaze immediately locked onto Orochimaru's hands, trying to figure out what jutsu he would use.
"Summoning Jutsu!"
He quickly figured it out, and his expression grew even more serious. What he feared most was Orochimaru summoning the Impure World Bodies of the First, Second, and Fourth Hokage.
Poof! Poof! Poof!
As Orochimaru's Summoning Jutsu took effect, white smoke billowed across the scene.
But to Sasuke's surprise, what burst out of the smoke wasn't the Impure World Bodies of the three Hokage. It was a swarm of giant snakes.
Each snake was as large as a house. They flicked their tongues and fixed their vertical pupils on Sasuke.
Faced with this terrifying sight, Sasuke secretly breathed a sigh of relief. Compared to the three Hokage, these giant snakes seemed downright adorable.
But just as he let his guard down a little, the snakes across from him swarmed toward him.
The buildings on either side of the street—whether wooden or made of brick and stone—were as fragile as tofu before these giant snakes. A mere bump brought them down; even a brush against them left them in pieces!
The swarm surged forward, almost leveling the entire street.
Facing the charging snakes, Sasuke didn't hesitate for a second.
