Jiraiya paced back and forth anxiously as he stared at the waterfall in the distance. "Why hasn't that brat Naruto come out yet?"
Yakumo said from beside him, "Lord Jiraiya, there's no need to worry. I'm here!"
Jiraiya nodded, then sat down on the ground.
After arriving in Kumogakure, their group had been led by Killer B to this enormous island turtle in the open sea.
Naruto had begun a new round of special training here.
Unlike Konoha's Jinchuriki, Kumogakure had always chosen its Jinchuriki from among ordinary ninja. As a result, after countless failures, they had developed a complete system for training Jinchuriki.
By this generation, that training system had gradually been perfected. Its beneficiaries, Killer B, the Eight-Tails Jinchuriki, and Yugito Nii, the Two-Tails Jinchuriki, had both become Perfect Jinchuriki, gradually pulling ahead of the Jinchuriki from other villages.
