Personality

Boss Wang is highly concerned with face, status, and power. He initially arranges a conciliatory banquet after his men target Jiang Liu's family, but uses the meeting to recruit Jiang Liu into his sect. Jiang Liu's refusal damages his pride enough for Wang to provoke a duel despite their age difference. 26 28

He is opportunistic rather than steadfast. Once Jiang Liu synchronizes at Qi Refining Layer 8 with eight magic tools, Wang immediately abandons the confrontation, recasts it as a joke, and attempts to preserve goodwill through flattery and business offers. 29

During the Parkour King event, he is willing to use an Immobilization Talisman to gain an advantage, showing both competitiveness and a readiness to employ underhanded tactics. 35

Two men working for Boss Wang harass Master Jiang and Grandma Zhao, using intimidation and forced-sale tactics to obtain their spirit stones. Jiang Liu defeats them and learns that they work for Brilliant Bathhouse's Boss Wang. 20 21

Brilliant Bathhouse Banquet

Boss Wang invites Jiang Liu and Li Dongze to a hot-pot meal at Brilliant Bathhouse, hosting them in a private room guarded by more than a dozen armed-looking employees. After noticing Jiang's mid-grade and high-grade magic artifacts, he becomes more respectful and attempts to recruit him into his sect. 26 27 28

Jiang Liu refuses the offer because he intends to establish his own sect. Wang takes the refusal as a loss of face, reveals his Qi Cultivation Layer 5 aura, and proposes a duel. Jiang's Qi Refining Layer 8 cultivation and eight synchronized magic tools cause Wang to back down immediately. 28 29

Parkour King Event

Wang enters the second round of the Parkour King event riding Yao Xiang, seeking the championship rather than merely a top-ten position. He attempts to immobilize Jiang Liu with a talisman, but the item fails. Jiang responds with the Law Restraint Rope, throwing Wang from Yao Xiang's back and eliminating his chance of victory. 35 36
