Gauss led the Red Dragon Group through the Timbel Maze, defeated the Fourth Floor’s Magic Frog Lord, and advanced to Level 8 while the group sold their spoils and trained. The arc left the team preparing to continue deeper as Theron awakened his dangerous Snake King bloodline and lost control.

• Gauss rescued Leven and Meva from Swamp Orcs, then killed Felix and his rogue companions after uncovering their plan to steal the treasure-map fragments.
• Gauss led the Red Dragon Group against the Swamp Orcs, completed their commissions, and returned to Falim, where he handled Joanna Xavier’s attack on Cicero and then hunted centaurs on the Long Wind Prairie.
• Gauss took the Red Dragon Group to the reopened Timbel Maze, explored the second floor’s Verdant World, and used the Universal Key to find a hidden space containing a Crystal Ball and an exploration token.
• Gauss led the group through the third floor and onto the fourth, where they navigated traps and fought their way toward the Magic Frog Lord.
• Gauss trapped and weakened the Magic Frog Lord while the Red Dragon Group fought its summoned horde, then killed the lord and claimed the Opening Stone to the Fifth Floor.
• Gauss reached Magic User Level 8, then helped guard the camp while his teammates began their own breakthroughs and he practiced Bigby's Hand and Dawn.
• Gauss sold the monster spoils to adventurer groups, trained the Red Dragon Group, and watched several members advance before Theron’s cave collapsed.
• Gauss subdued Theron after his Snake King bloodline awakened and drove him into a rampage, and Theron later explained the dangerous transformation to the group.

Gauss cleared the Fifth Floor, befriended the immortal slime Eden, and strengthened Hefis before returning to Barry amid preparations for war with Aetheras. He accepted a secret mission against her young dragons and killed one as his assault on their sealed nest continued.

• Gauss gained the upgraded [Weaver's Mark] and led the Red Dragon Group through the Fifth Floor's slime farms and myconid forces.
• Gauss defeated Eden, earned the Demon King Slayer title, and learned that Eden was an immortal Demon King Seed with a human soul.
• Gauss collected the Fifth Floor rewards and Eden's treasures, kept the Sixth Floor closed, and taught the newly awakened Hefis more spells.
• Gauss returned to Barry, where Matthias Monroe warned that Aetheras's army was preparing to invade Cold Green Province.
• Gauss accepted Matthias Monroe's confidential commission to attack Aetheras's young dragons, while his companions insisted on fighting in the coming war.
• Gauss entered the Emerald Forest in disguise and activated the Silent Birdcage around the dragon nest after receiving the Guild's signal.
• Gauss summoned Hefis against the black dragon and activated Dragon-Ghost Pact to fight the blue dragon and two green dragons.
• Gauss killed one green dragon, earned the True Dragon Slayer title, and absorbed its bloodline power while he and Hefis continued fighting the remaining dragons.
