Background / History

Isaac is the frail third child of the Solomon family. Unable to pursue knighthood because training would kill him, he follows the path of wizardry instead. Smith Hank, a longtime Solomon retainer, accompanies him when the household splits and serves as his bodyguard. 2

After secretly becoming a Legendary Wizard, Isaac chooses the Tower of Flesh over other organizations. He deliberately prioritizes specialization in Biological Modification rather than attempting to master every branch of sorcery at once. 16

His early research centers on Demonic Creature anatomy, flesh conversion, Magic Pets, and rituals. Isaac's growing dealings with Evil Gods and Outer Gods eventually make him infamous as a Mad Sorcerer; he completes multiple summonings, communications, and transactions before leaving his former location. 37 56

Isaac's reputation grows after he steals power from Outer Gods rather than merely trading with them. Stories circulated through Solomon Territory help form his near-Authority ability, [God Thief], while his continued thefts earn him the public title of “God Slayer.” 70 213

By the Third Order, Isaac recognizes that his rapid progress and repeated Outer God transactions threaten to estrange him from the real world. He resolves to stabilize his realm and organize his growing collection of powers rather than advancing recklessly. 209 210

Isaac later enters the Boundless Tower and the Wilderness Dungeon, where he develops Virtual Divine Sparks, establishes Dungeon City, and experiments with creating and controlling deities. After returning, he possesses Fourth-Order power and five Fourth-Order divine allies. 293 338 350

Personality

Isaac is pragmatic, ambitious, and intensely research-driven. He evaluates people and opportunities by practical outcomes rather than appearances or attitudes; even when Aiven and his companions avoid becoming close to him, Isaac remembers their assistance because their actions benefited him. 131

He is cautious beneath an eccentric exterior. Isaac avoids battles that would expose his trump cards, gathers intelligence before confronting threats, and withdraws from dangerous rituals once the risk becomes unacceptable. 123 103 216

His morality is utilitarian and often unsettling. Isaac is willing to steal divine power, dissect gods, create deities, and use people for research, yet he maintains personal commitments to companions such as Rat Rat and shows concern for Hamon. 204 207 222

Appearance

Isaac is physically frail and has an increasingly abnormal magical appearance due to his experiments and acquired powers.

  • A sinister Demon Eye can open in the center of his brow. 209
  • His right hand bears a circuit-like Magic Power Imprint that emits a faint blue glow. 56
  • He uses a wizard hat and staff in major rituals. 239
  • His bizarre bodily changes can alarm observers, including during combat. 126 209
