Arc 21The Silver Moon Road

Yu Xiaogang exposed the Sun Moon Empire’s abuses, disrupted an execution, and continued hunting Fallen Soul Masters while uncovering how the empire’s soul-stealing tools worked. After meeting and sparring with Ye Aoxin, he traveled with her to Silver Moon City, where they encountered its violent local powers.

  • Yu Xiaogang and Gu Rong investigated Aojia City’s executions, and Yu Xiaogang discovered that the execution tools absorbed fragments of the condemned souls.
  • Yu Xiaogang and the Emerald Dragon Princess freed prisoners during an execution, and Yu Xiaogang defeated Lei Zhen before the Emperor declared him wanted.
  • Yu Xiaogang rescued captives and exposed an official who colluded with Fallen Soul Masters, adding corrupt officials and abusive Soul Masters to his hunting list.

Arc 22The Spirit Sea Mountain Range

Yu Xiaogang and Xu Aoxin uncovered Silver Moon City’s brutal order and the dangers of the Spirit Sea Mountain Range. After entering the mountains with Chen Ming as their guide, Yu Xiaogang overcame Brain Fog and Xu Aoxin vowed to change the city as a future Emperor.

  • Yu Xiaogang questioned Diao Laoxi about Silver Moon City’s rulers and learned how the Emperor’s trusted factions exploited its people and controlled access to the Spirit Sea Mountain Range.
  • Diao Laoxi described the mountain range’s deadly hazards and the Mountain Entry Alliance’s support for entrants, while Xu Aoxin resolved to change the system and eventually become Emperor.
  • Xu Aoxin revealed that she was the Heavenly Dragon Princess and told Yu Xiaogang she had decided to fight for the throne after realizing her father might be allowing the injustices.
  • Yu Xiaogang, Xu Aoxin, and Gu Rong hired Chen Ming as their guide, and Wang Chen’s Soul Skills enhanced them before they entered the mountains and succumbed to Brain Fog.

Arc 23The Azure Cloud Trial

Yu Xiaogang climbed Azure Cloud Road, broke through to Level Eighty, and met Ers, the god of the Spirit Sea Mountain Range. He refused to sacrifice Little Dragon for a divine inheritance and gained Gaius’s spirit ring, spirit bone, and powerful Black Dragon techniques.

  • Yu Xiaogang resisted the Illusory Spirit Valley’s temptations, passed its trial, and learned that someone had been repeatedly taking treasures from the mountain’s danger zones.
  • Yu Xiaogang’s group reached Azure Cloud Summit, where he climbed Azure Cloud Road and broke through his Mental Power barrier to form a Mental Domain and reach Level Eighty.
  • Yu Xiaogang met Ers, who examined his unusual martial soul and revealed that divine beast auras could prevent him from inheriting a godhead unless he sacrificed Little Dragon.
  • Yu Xiaogang refused to sacrifice Little Dragon, and Ers offered him a chance to establish a new divine position instead.
  • Yu Xiaogang agreed to accept Gaius’s 590,000-year spirit ring and spirit bone in exchange for allowing Ers to retrieve Gaius’s purified soul after Yu became a god.
  • Gaius taught Yu Xiaogang the Threefold Abyss techniques and the Sword of Annihilation, while Ers raised Yu Xiaogang’s fourth Spirit Ring to a Hundred Thousand Year level.
  • Bibi Dong resolved to complete the Rakshasa God Trial as the Divine Realm gods debated Ers’s gift and ultimately agreed to overlook his rule-breaking.
