After Uchiha Fugaku's back disappeared around the street corner.

Next, he spent another 40 points to select the Body Immobilization Jutsu and the Body Flicker Technique.

After all, these two D-rank Ninjutsu were simple and practical. If he could win, he could use the Body Immobilization Jutsu to restrain his enemy. If he could not, he could turn around and flee with the Body Flicker Technique. He could attack when advancing and defend when retreating.
