Not long after, Ning Wangshu's Dharma Body let out a sudden cry of surprise. His gaze snapped toward a cave hidden among the vines not far ahead.
Since this was only a Dharma Body, it had no immortal sense, so Ning Wangshu couldn't search the area with it in advance. Even so, he had keenly sensed something unusual about the cave.
A faint divine radiance seemed to ripple inside the vine-covered cave. It was weak, but not difficult to make out upon closer inspection.
Seeing that Ning Wangshu had spotted the cave, Ling Daoyi said, "Immortal Venerable Ning, that is the cave I mentioned."
Ning Wangshu nodded slightly. "Come on. Let's go take a look!"
In the blink of an eye, Ning Wangshu's Dharma Body, Ling Daoyi, and Wuxiang Zhenren had reached the cave entrance.
Ning Wangshu's Dharma Body stopped. He studied the divine radiance rippling inside the cave and carefully sensed it. Suddenly, he let out another cry of surprise. A trace of astonishment crossed his face as he fell into thought.
Ling Daoyi couldn't help but pause at the sight. After hesitating for a moment, he couldn't resist asking quietly, "Immortal Venerable Ning, have you... discovered something?"
At that, Ning Wangshu came back to himself. After a brief hesitation, he slowly shook his head. "I can't be sure yet. The aura coming from that divine radiance simply reminds me of something."
"But I'll have to go inside and see for myself before I can confirm whether it's what I think it is."
