For ordinary cultivators at the peak Taiyi Golden Immortal realm, stirring the Great Dao into interweaving and leaving its imprints within their bodies was an extremely difficult and lengthy process.

Of course, precisely because completing this step usually took such a long time, it was essentially a matter of slow, painstaking effort.
Those who had embarked on this step already possessed Great Dao imprints within their bodies. By drawing on the power of those imprints, they could wield strength far beyond the peak Taiyi Golden Immortal realm.
Thus came the term "Half-step Immortal King."
Any cultivator at the peak Taiyi Golden Immortal realm who already possessed Great Dao imprints within their body could be called a "Half-step Immortal King."
Ning Wangshu's situation, however, was vastly different from that of ordinary cultivators.
He possessed a xiantian dao body and was innately close to the Dao.
Once he attained the necessary comprehension, stirring the Great Dao into interweaving came naturally to him, as easily as eating or drinking. Imprinting the Great Dao within his body was no different.
In just over half a month, he had already imprinted one strand of the Great Dao after another within his body.
A careful count put the total at ten!
However, a mere ten Great Dao imprints still fell far short of the minimum
