The Blood Demon Great Hall.
The Blood Demon Guards filed out, but Blood Demon Bradwell kept Black behind.
Blood Demon Bradwell studied Black, growing more pleased the longer he looked.
"You said we had to put our own house in order before dealing with outside threats. To root out every traitor in the Blood Demon Domain, we first had to clean up the Blood Demon Guards. You've done even better than I expected."

Blood Demon Bradwell delivered his judgment from on high.
"You've served me diligently, so I'll reward you. Tell me, what do you want?"
Black was secretly delighted.
Outwardly, he remained respectful.
"Serving you is my duty, Blood Demon Lord. Your praise is already my greatest honor. You've even appointed me Vice Captain of Team Seven. I wouldn't dare ask for more."
Those words were music
