Background / History

Su Ye was Su Zhengdao and Xuanyuan Mingmou’s biological son. Lost as a newborn, he was raised in Fangyuan City by Su Xiangdong and Liu Ruxin. After rejoining the wealthy Yujing Su Family at eighteen, he was given a cramped basement room and little support. His birth family favored its adopted son, Su Yang, and accused Su Ye of attacking him. The story’s Su Ye transmigrates into the young man’s body amid that confrontation and leaves the estate 1 3 187.

Back with his adoptive family, Su Ye discovers a system that turns slaughter into points for cultivation and skills. His Vampire awakening earns him access to a stronger cultivation method, and his rapid progress eventually takes him from Fangyuan City to Modu University 2 7 92.

Before entering university, Su Ye survives an encounter with the Murderous Fiend by breaking through to Ninth Level of Kaiyuan and counterattacking with his nighttime Vampire power and Limit Break. He subsequently kills Zheng Feng for betraying his information and arranges the scene to implicate the Murderous Fiend. Under Zhang Baichuan’s guidance, he postpones entering the Transcendent realm to improve his foundation, eventually bringing three foundational martial skills to Near Dao Technique 46 56 67.

Su Ye clears the fiftieth Virtual Human in his examination trial, defeating a spear-wielding imprint of one of humanity’s great figures while Dong Huang’s upper echelon watches. His early achievements also include overpowering Yujing University at the Famous School Exchange Meet, participating in the suppression of Blood Demon Cult unrest in Modu, and defending Fangyuan City during a Beast Tide 83 279.

Su Ye later exposes Su Yang’s cooperation with the Blood Demon Cult and kills him, fulfilling a promise to avenge the body’s original owner. When the Su Family offers to make him Young Patriarch, Su Ye publicly refuses and declares that he will never return. He subsequently accepts a personal bond with his ancestor Su Baye, whom he addresses as his grandfather, without reconciling with the family as a whole 315 316 882.

His conflict with the Su Family continues after this refusal. He rescues Su Mingyue as part of a transaction with Su Xingchen but punishes Su Mingyue when she again accuses him of engineering Su Yang’s downfall. Su Shanyue’s subsequent pressure forces another public breakthrough. By contrast, Su Ye accepts the hospitality of Xuanyuan Wuer and Old Master Xuanyuan, who welcome him despite Xuanyuan Mingmou’s continued hostility 502 503 680.

Su Ye’s covert activities expand through his clones and assumed identities. After killing the Pure-Blood Demon Race member Black, he creates a Soul Clone capable of taking Black’s appearance, aura, abilities, and memories. He also supports Baili Busu’s succession as Baili Family Patriarch, with his public endorsement changing the attitude of people who had initially opposed Busu 424 534.

In later conflicts, Su Ye protects Zhao Yishi from Fei Zhuoran and kills Fei after deceiving him with a Star Power clone. He guides companions through the Thunder Zone using the Black Tortoise Absolute Wall and pursues the captors of Su Xingchen and Wu Haoyang. In the Divine Realm, he helps draw out enemy forces during an ambush on three Demon Gods, killing more than forty Demon Kings and thousands of lesser enemies while stronger experts handle the gods 790 819 968.

After evolving into Vampire Prince, Su Ye uses Scarlet Hunt Life to trace Park In-yong’s bloodline and kill all thirty-eight surviving Park Family members scattered around the world. The destruction of the clan alarms foreign governments. He subsequently prepares to return to the Divine Realm with his allies 998.

Su Ye later enters the Blood Slaughter Demon Domain alone to search for trapped humans, refusing Su Taibai and Bai Jiuming’s offers to accompany him because his strength and Space Law give him greater freedom to escape danger alone. At the God King Tower, he survives increasingly powerful Blade Aura trials and claims a High God Divine Core intended for one of humanity’s Heavenly Kings rather than himself 1146 1181.

During the later confrontation involving the Demon Race Progenitor, Qiongqi reveals that the egg Su Ye has long regarded as a Dragon Egg carries Qiongqi’s own bloodline. Su Ye opens Taixu Space after detecting no malice from Qiongqi, allowing him to draw out the egg and identify it as his direct child 1455.

As the crisis intensifies, Su Ye undertakes the challenge of securing a hundred consecutive victories in Destruction Paradise. Xiao Qiyue recognizes that he is understating the difficulty to reassure his allies. After his system returns with an upgraded panel, Su Ye emerges from the Creation Red Lotus in the real world and reveals that he has achieved ninety-eight consecutive wins. His allies promise to hold off the Demon Race Progenitor while he returns for his ninety-ninth duel. Back at his private room in Destruction Paradise, Ao Lie greets him with relief and offers the support of the Sky-Destroying Demon Dragon Clan 1477 1497 1498.

Appearance

Su Ye is repeatedly described as notably handsome. A later account describes him as around six feet one, with an upright build and a sharp, composed presence 8 942.

Personality

Su Ye is protective of the people who support him, especially his adoptive family and teammates. He chooses greater attack power partly because he doubts he could leave companions behind to escape danger, and he shares resources and spoils according to their needs 120 340 345.

He is also guarded about his advantages. Su Ye conceals his true vortex size, saves Slaughter Value for emergencies, and uses assumed identities when a mission calls for them. His humor can turn pointed in a confrontation, but his refusal to rejoin the Su Family rests on a consistent distinction: shared blood does not replace care 106 237 530 316.

His initial ambitions are practical rather than grandiose: he wants a better home for his adoptive family, relief from his parents’ exhausting work, schooling for Su Baobao, and enough strength to resist humiliation and avenge the original owner. He regards kindness as something to repay, helping the Jiang brothers enter Rule Stone Pillars in thanks for their earlier assistance 292 320.

Su Ye is capable of calculated ruthlessness toward enemies, including concealing responsibility for Zheng Feng’s death and destroying the Park Family through bloodline tracing. Nevertheless, his confidence is tempered by caution: even after acquiring powerful Divine Abilities, he reminds himself not to become reckless or expose his trump cards unnecessarily 46 237 998.

He remains devoted to Xiao Qiyue and explicitly discourages Xu Yinyin from misreading his assistance as romantic interest. Xiao Qiyue later observes that he habitually takes the hardest burdens upon himself while presenting a carefree expression to others; she also recognizes his unconscious habit of touching his nose when lying 551 1477.
