Background & History

Black was originally an overlooked Pure-Blood Demon. Before awakening his ability, he was considered talentless, kept a low profile, and received little value from his family. His guardian, Ryan, was the one figure he relied upon; Ryan's death hardened Black's resentment toward those who had harmed him, including Su Ye in the original Black's memories 389 599.

After awakening a Spatial Supernatural Ability, Black became far more confident and confrontational. He no longer tolerated Fal's provocations and openly rejected the latter's cruelty toward Star Beasts, though he remained deeply affected by the death of his cousin Phelps at Su Ye's hands 391.

Su Ye later used his Clone talent to establish a permanent Soul Clone through Black's body. From that point onward, Black's identity, appearance, aura, and Demon Race status became a cover for Su Ye's operations within the Demon Realm 424 425.

He manipulates memory tracing, intelligence networks, family rivalries, and accusations of treason to remove enemies while preserving his cover. Even the Heavenly King Hall's strategists struggle to determine whether he is truly loyal to the Blood Demon Domain or secretly working against it 429 563.

Black is also ruthlessly decisive in combat and punishment. He executes the Nicholson Family, destroys the Saunders Family under the pretext of investigating treason, and personally kills the Black Family Head after uncovering his attempted Soul Swap 432 572 605.
