Konoha Military Police Force, conference room.

A list was being passed around atop the heavy wooden table.

The list clearly stated—

Total applicants: 5,220

Uchiha Clan: 2,302

Kurama Clan: 420

Kazami Clan: 300

Hyuga Clan: 200

Senju Clan: 42

Uchiha Fugaku scanned the numbers on the page and frowned slightly. "The Senju Clan... only had 42 applicants? Three jonin, nine chunin, and thirty genin. The Senju Clan has truly declined to this extent."
