Background / History

Before her formal introduction at the Continental Advanced Soul Master Academy Elite Tournament, Qian Renxue encountered Shui Wuchen while he was hunting soul beasts. Shui Wuchen later recalled that he and the Articuno had needed to use every available Self-Created Soul Skill to barely defeat her; the encounter ended his belief that he was unmatched among his peers. 53

Qian Renxue is an owner of the god-tier Six-winged Angel Martial Soul and was born with Innate Level 20 Soul Power. Her loss to the younger Shui Wuchen was a major blow to her pride. She abandoned her mission of infiltrating the Heaven Dou Empire, returned to Spirit City, and trained intensely until reaching the Soul Sage realm. 55 67

Her greatest weakness is her intense pride. She considers joining forces with Feng Xiaotian beneath her, dismisses him as “a mere Soul Emperor,” and is deeply shaken when Shui Wuchen reveals that he has surpassed her in cultivation. 125 126 127

She then challenges Shui Wuchen personally for control of the tournament rewards.
