"We got it!"
Yozuki A nodded and said, "There's not much to say about Iwagakure. The Third Tsuchikage's policies emphasize the strength of the collective. His son, Kitsuchi, is the only one who's any good. Then there's Rōshi, the Four-Tails Jinchuriki. His strength surpasses that of an ordinary jonin, and he came here to fight before.
"Sunagakure is those three who came to the village last time.
"Kirigakure has plenty of talented shinobi. According to the intelligence we've gathered, they're putting together a team called the Seven Ninja Swordsmen of the Mist. The fat guy we captured earlier and the Ninja Sword he carried were both part of it.
"Konoha has far too many geniuses. They're all members of the various Ninja Clans. With their Kekkei Genkai and inherited secret techniques, they're much stronger than ordinary shinobi. Basically, they're all geniuses."
Yozuki A didn't look happy when he spoke of Konoha. Compared to Konoha, their own Kumogakure was far behind.
Konoha had a whole host of Kekkei Genkai clans and quite a few clans with secret techniques. It had too many geniuses.
After thinking it over, Tamura Hiroshi asked, "Any particularly impressive geniuses from civilian backgrounds?"
"There's one named Minato Namikaze, about your age. He's still studying at the Ninja Academy, but there are reports of him defeating classmates from the Uchiha, Senju, and Hyuga clans. He might already be close to Special Jonin level.
"I heard he applied to graduate when he was eight, but his application was rejected. Also, it seems Jiraiya, one of the Third Hokage's students, has taken him on as a student. He's demonstrated quite a few ninjutsu at the Academy."
Yozuki A seemed quite interested in Minato Namikaze.
It was rare for a child from a civilian background to defeat children from Ninja Clans
