The Xiao-Liu dispute began to ease, but Liu Lang learned another client had already hired Black Tooth to burn the grain.

Chen Yi uncovered a plan to burn the Three Towns’ summer grain while managing the Liu Family’s marriage proposal and expanding Hundred Herbs Hall. The Xiao Family approved the expansion plan in principle, while Old Master ordered investigations into Chen Yu, the Liu Family, and Bright Moon Tower.
