Background

Conflict with the Liu Family

The Qin and Liu Families were among the continent's six Immortal Imperial Clans before a devastating war three hundred years earlier. The Liu Family lost its contemporary Divine Son and seven of ten Elders, while the Qin Family remained comparatively intact; the conflict created a lasting blood feud 105.

When the Liu Family targeted Qin Jiuge, the Qin Family escalated its response. Qin Wuchen summoned the hidden ancestor and revealed the clan's deeper foundation: two Quasi-Emperors, including himself, and the Universe One Qi Bag 120 121. The Qin Family ultimately annihilated the Liu Family, after which Qin Wuchen permitted clan members to retain spoils recovered from the ruins 132.

Rise under Qin Jiuge

Qin Jiuge's feats elevated the Qin Family's standing across the continent. His Chaos Body, Ancient Twin Pupils, Imperial Weapons, and victories over stronger opponents made outside forces view him as the future foundation of Qin power 93 105.

The family endured a major siege by the War God Jiang Family, the Lan Province Lan Family, and the Primordial Sacred Emperor. Qin Wuchen characterized the invasion as a life-or-death crisis for all one hundred thousand gathered clan members 290. The Qin Family and Ice Frost Sacred Land combined their experts and relied on the clan's grand formation to oppose the invading Quasi-Emperors 291.

Following Qin Jiuge's strategic successes, observers considered the Qin Family comparable to the two great Imperial Dynasties and Sky Profound City.
