Her brows rose, and Lena confidently patted her chest. She was already quite pleased with Ashe, whom she had just met.

Ashe had no idea what impression she'd made on Lena.

"Of course, Lena!" she replied with a smile.

"Yeah, exactly!"

"No problem, Lena!" Ashe gave her an OK sign. In truth, she had no idea what Lena meant.

Who knew where this newly arrived goddess of Lieyang had picked up the way Northeastern guys talked with their buddies?

Ashe wasn't fluent in Northeastern dialect. How was she supposed to understand?

Just then, a distinctive notification sounded from Ashe's pocket. It was the special tone she'd set for Rose.

The corners of Ashe's mouth lifted. She glanced at Ajie and said, "By the way, Lena, weren't you going to 'charge me up'?"

"How do we do it? Where?"

"Charging you up? Easy!" Lena waved away Ashe's question.

"Come on, let's head into the academy first. We'll find any dorm room. Simple!"

As she spoke, Lena linked arms with Ashe and headed into the academy.

Just then, Ajie was about to speak, but Ashe turned back and said, "Oh, right, Ajie. Rose said she has something to discuss with you about Ge Xiaolun!"

"She's waiting for you in Room 110. She said if you dare not to come, you're dead!"

"Sure, sure." Ajie had been about to leave, but at Ashe's words, he immediately headed into the academy with them.

Ajie knew Rose's personality. Ge Xiaolun had probably annoyed her so much that she wanted to beat him up.

Of course, Ajie wasn't going to let Rose beat him up. He'd just go see her and help clear out her recent shopping cart.

He'd used that trick to appease Rose plenty of times, so he wasn't worried at all. He was a little surprised that Ashe was still willing to talk to him, though.

Had Rose not told Ashe that she'd been sold out by him, too?

Ajie had more or less figured out what was going on, and felt a little relieved. After all, he'd watched Rose grow up.

Watching him hurry away, Ashe silently activated the permission she'd just granted Rose.
