Background / History

Ajie works with General Dukao on Earth’s Super Seminary projects. He and Rose initially observe Ashe under Dukao’s orders, reviewing her data and personality before deciding that her responsibility and sense of justice make her worth recruiting. At the same time, he is tasked with locating the newly activated targets of the Power of the Galaxy and the Nuoxing War God projects. 6

He possesses memories inherited from countless previous “Ajies” and recognizes Morgana as a former Super Seminary mentor. When Morgana appears at the police station, she silences him with tape and restrains him with ropes before he can continue speaking. 8

After Ashe displays her lightning-infused naginata and heavenly lightning, Ajie identifies her weapon and abilities as non-Earth technology. He recognizes her value as a Super Soldier, reports her to Dukao, and shifts the recruitment process into formal negotiations. 11 12 13

Following Ashe’s battle with the Taotie mech Jing Lei, Ajie presents footage of the encounter and recommends a specialized training program for her.
