Keisha first receives an instance of Su Bai's Diary without detecting how it was placed before her. Treating its unexplained delivery as a major security concern, she considers whether Su Bai is truly a transmigrator, a deceiver constructing a harmless persona, an ancient survivor acting for amusement, or a phenomenon related to Ultimate Fear. 1 2

Although skeptical of the diary's claims, Keisha decides that its owner must be contacted. She and Hexi use references to Qilin and the Taotie campaign against Earth to narrow down Su Bai's location. 2 14

After learning that Su Bai possesses abilities outside the known universe's established systems, Keisha treats him as an uncertain variable: potentially the angels' future, or their destruction.
