Uchiha Youhu was actually a transmigrator.

On the night of the Nine-Tails' attack, he transmigrated into the Uchiha District, becoming a young Uchiha who had lost both his parents.

After deep consideration, Youhu had no choice but to take a risk. Using the idea of Clan Head Fugaku marrying the Third Hokage as a catalyst, he fabricated a "nine truths, one lie" story during a clan meeting regarding the Hokage faction's preference for men.

After all, the ninjas of the Hokage faction were indeed somewhat ambiguous.
