Konoha Cemetery.

Haku sat before Might Duy's grave. So much had happened in the single day since he'd returned to the village. He needed some peace and quiet to think things over, and he also wanted to see what the system could offer him now that it had awakened.

When he'd woken up from his coma on the front lines, he'd noticed that the system was in the process of awakening. Even now, it still hadn't come back online, and there was no countdown. He had no idea when it would wake up.

[Dad, you and Duy got caught up in this because of me. I don't know if anyone else besides Danzo was involved.]

[Orochimaru-sensei has already started investigating. I'm sure we'll have answers soon.]

[I'm just a little worried about Duy's safety. He's been sent to the front lines on a mission.]

Haku said a lot while sitting before Might Duy's grave. He wasn't sure if Duy could hear him from the Pure Land. But by now, Haku had severed nearly all his ties to the ninja world. He didn't know if that was a good thing or a bad one.

Might Duy was far away on the front lines, and Haku worried he might run into danger. So, after leaving the cemetery, Haku went to find Orochimaru. Once he'd asked Orochimaru to find a way to look after Might Duy, he headed alone to Konoha Hospital.

Because of his skill in Medical Ninjutsu, Haku had kept his position at Konoha Hospital. He planned to spend his recuperation in the village at the hospital as well.

Sitting in his office, Haku took out the ninjutsu scroll Orochimaru had brought from Tsunade.

[Creation Rebirth Jutsu: By releasing the technique, Chakra is used to stimulate the cells and make them divide rapidly for a short time, thereby treating injuries. This technique can only be used on oneself and consumes a massive amount of Chakra. If the user does not have enough Chakra, it will consume the user's life force. Use with caution.]

[Note 1: Each activation of Creation Rebirth Jutsu requires the amount of Chakra possessed by an ordinary Jonin, or the entire life force of an ordinary adult man.]

[Note 2: To complement the use of Creation Rebirth, the Yin Seal was developed.]

After reading the description of Creation Rebirth, Haku understood why no one had used such a useful Healing Ninjutsu in the original Naruto World.

How was this a Healing Ninjutsu? It was practically a suicide technique. Injuries that needed treating were usually sustained in battle, after one had already used up a certain amount of Chakra. Where would anyone find the Chakra to use this technique?

Even if a ninja had more life force than an ordinary person, they couldn't withstand that kind of drain.

No wonder only Tsunade could use this technique.

After reading about Creation Rebirth, Haku realized that he couldn't learn or train in it just yet. He set the scroll aside and picked up another one.

[Yin Seal: A sealing formula is drawn on the forehead, creating a space inside the body to store Chakra. The Chakra one extracts is stored there at a set rate until the seal is full, forming a Chakra crystal on the forehead.]

[Once the seal is full, the Yin Seal is ready to be activated. When activated, it provides a large amount of Chakra to support the release of various ninjutsu.]

[Note 1: The Yin Seal was modified to suit the female body and is only suitable for female ninja. Other users should modify it according to their own physical conditions.]

[Note 2: The Yin Seal only stores Chakra that would otherwise go unused. It does not increase or change a ninja's Chakra extraction speed or total Chakra reserves. However, until the seal is full, it temporarily lowers the amount of Chakra available to use.]

[Note 3: This technique is a variation of a ninjutsu from the Uzumaki clan. Training in it requires first learning a large number of Sealing Jutsu to support the formula.]

"Sigh! Looks like I'll have to train in Sealing Jutsu too! I'll see if I can ask Kushina for guidance when the time comes. Minato should be reliable, right?"

After reading the Yin Seal scroll, Haku began to lament how many more things he'd have to train in. He also thought of that hot-tempered red-haired girl and hoped Minato could handle her.

Haku glanced at the scrolls on Sealing Jutsu set aside nearby but didn't rush to read them. His body hadn't fully recovered yet, so for now, he needed to focus on healing.

Then he began using Medical Ninjutsu on himself.

And so, Haku once again began life at the hospital.

During the day, he worked at the hospital, treated himself, and studied the basics of Sealing Jutsu. In the evenings, he did some simple training. Minato had recently been at the Iwagakure front and hadn't returned, so Haku's plan to learn Sealing Jutsu from Kushina had yet to come to fruition.

A month passed like this.

"Mm, the hidden injuries in my body have finally healed. Given my current abilities, I can't find any signs of injury left in my body."
