Before the apocalypse, Uncle Ye and Aunt Zhang had both worked in government, and they had plenty of experience with grassroots administration. Xiao Yi was also well liked at the Action Bureau, so Luo Teng didn't treat them like outsiders.

Luo Teng stubbed out his cigarette in the ashtray. "Little Jiang, the Action Bureau can provide some help with supplies, but our resources really are limited. We'll have to use several channels."

As he spoke, Luo Teng glanced at Han Jingjing beside Jiang Yue, either deliberately or not.

His meaning was clear enough: perhaps only Star City's leadership could resolve this matter.
