Her previous identity remains unresolved. Others suspect that she is the reincarnation of Great Punishment Monarch Yun Feiyu, who sacrificed her life to suppress and kill the Nightmare King. Silver Fairy acknowledges being reincarnated but doubts that this identification is correct. Bai Yujing gives her a talisman for the Six Paths Samsara Hall, suggesting that Hall Master Gu Wangchuan might help recover her memories 2391.

She is a demanding but attentive teacher. She offers tailored cultivation advice, secures suitable techniques and treasures for her disciples, and punishes disobedience. Mu Linglong receives a year of confinement for investigating a dangerous stone coffin against her orders, while Chen Lin is frequently left responsible for city administration 217 234 309.

Her affection is often expressed through practical protection rather than open sentiment. She shields Chen Lin from suspicion, arranges safer duties for his companions, and restrains her temptation to covet his Spirit Treasure. Silver Immortal City and the Nascent Soul Reveal

Silver Fairy seizes control of Silver Immortal City in the unstable Northern Region. Initially known as a feared ruler, she reveals her concealed Nascent Soul cultivation when an enemy coalition attacks, kills its leaders, and orders the defenders to eliminate the survivors 211 214.

Under her rule, the city restores its large teleportation formation, connecting it to Sea of Clouds Immortal City. She rewards the participating elders with immortal caves and personally teaches her disciples, including warning Chen Lin about the minor heavenly tribulations attached to his cultivation technique 217.

The God-Slaying Feat

A Different Spirit infiltrates the city through a split soul possessing Lv Yuan and secretly builds an altar. Silver Fairy prepares a God-Trapping Formation and refuses the creature’s demand for her soul-origin essence 243 248.

After the altar is destroyed, she uses the apparent God-Slaying Sword to frighten the creature into possessing He Huahai. His ensuing Nascent Soul tribulation destroys it. The victory becomes known as her “God-Slaying” feat, greatly increasing the city’s fame and challenging the belief that Different Spirits are invincible 244 248.

Chen Lin later identifies a rusty fragment from Guyuan City as part of the broken sword. Silver Fairy follows the lead to Tianyuan Island and retrieves the missing tip under cover of seclusion 248 253.

Monster Invasion and Elder Council Authority

When a gigantic scarlet monster tears open a spatial rift above the city, Silver Fairy confronts it alone. Chen Lin’s Xuanwu Shield wounds its claw, creating the opening for her spear strike to force it back. The public credits her alone, unaware of his contribution or her exhaustion 307 308.

Her reputation makes Silver Immortal City the center of the Silver Alliance. Following Xuanyin True Lord’s defeat, she receives his Elder Council seat. Capturing Frog later consolidates her authority as a Deliberating Elder 310 330 339.

Imprisonment and Nightmare Transformation

The willow jar and its sealed Frog cause a well to appear, drawing the jar into an unreachable independent space. Silver Fairy becomes trapped in the Nightmare Realm and begins deteriorating toward nightmare transformation. Huanling and Anmu cannot rescue her and monitor the nearby space node 372.

By the time she emerges from later seclusion, she has suppressed—but not cured—the transformation. She resumes searching for an escape from the doomed realm with Chen Lin. A crystal left after his mysterious orb disintegrates reverses some of her altered body parts, providing a more promising form of recovery 458 459 460.

She later reveals her Nascent Soul Late Stage cultivation and investigates a Far North node. Upon returning, she confirms that the node exists but that its circumstances have changed 475 482.

Reunion in the Seven-Colored Flower Region

After a prolonged separation, Silver Fairy reunites with Chen Lin alongside Mu Linglong. She and Mu Linglong entered through the Little Netherworld; she grants Chen Lin a Prison-Suppressing Envoy token and confirms that they represent both the Soul Suppressing Hall and Crape Myrtle Palace 1270 1271.

The group pools its petals and challenges other cultivators to complete seven-colored flowers. Silver Fairy awards a captured complete flower to Chen Lin, assumes responsibility for the dangerous White Tiger Seal, and sends him to relative safety while she and Mu Linglong pursue the remaining purple petals. Their whereabouts remain unknown to him when the region collapses 1273 1274.

Feather Pen Scenario

Chen Lin eventually draws her attention within the Feather Pen scenario, where she is known as the Silver-Spear Demon General. He learns that she had reached the Immortal Realm of the Upper Seven Realms before being drawn into the scenario 2006.

Together they investigate an apparent passage beyond the Seven-Star Realm. Silver Fairy suspects that it conceals enormous opportunities, but Chen Lin warns her not to return until she can perceive the higher-level beings present there 2007.

Silver Palace and the Bizarre Kingdom

At a later trading convention, Silver Fairy reveals that she has reached Quasi-Dominator and is living in Black Stone Forest. She supplies further Soul-Destroying Finger inheritance material, warns Chen Lin about the Lake-Fishing Old Man’s possible Primordial origins, and recommends considering the Bizarre Kingdom as an alternative escape route 2376.

In Black Stone Forest, she leads the Silver Palace and holds an Elder Council seat. She declines Yuansheng Country’s request to become State Preceptor, citing damaged cultivation and existing responsibilities 2390.

She and Chen Lin choose separate paths: he pursues the Ascension Trial, while she investigates the Bizarre Kingdom. Before leaving, she instructs her disciples to follow him if he returns. Chen Lin subsequently relocates willing members of her household to Matihai Mountain, where their arrival contributes to the founding of the Kaiyuan Sect 2391 2401.
