Shu Yan gained the Snow Empress and Ice Empress as allies after revealing his plan to help them pursue godhood, then returned to Star Luo City after eight months away. He reunited with Xu Jiujiu and brought the two Empresses to meet Xu Jiawei and the empire’s guardians.

• Xu Jiujiu told Shu Yan that Xu Jiawei had agreed to their marriage, and Shu Yan joined her, Shattered Star Douluo, and Nebula Douluo Manyi on a journey to the Extreme North Land.
• Shu Yan killed a Titan Snow Demon for his fourth Soul Ring, awakened his Talent Domain, and drew the Snow Empress’s attention through his Heavenly Snow Woman bloodline.
• The Snow Empress took Shu Yan to her palace and allied with him after he promised to help her and the Ice Empress pursue godhood.
• Shu Yan cultivated with the Snow Empress and Ice Empress, gained enhanced Soul Rings, and learned of human intruders who had carried a God Sealing Platform into the Extreme North Land.
• The Snow Empress and Ice Empress left the Extreme North Land with Shu Yan, and the three traveled through human cities on their way to Star Luo City.
• Shu Yan reunited with Xu Jiujiu after eight months apart, explained that the two Empresses had become his partners, and arranged for them to stay near the Princess Mansion.
• Xu Jiujiu joined Shu Yan and the two Empresses in the imperial palace, where Xu Jiawei welcomed them and began a private meeting with the empire’s guardians.

Shu Yan pursued his plan to create a god by securing Star Luo’s cautious cooperation, awakening Electrolux through the Living Gold, and recruiting the Martial Soul Hall Remnants. The remnants agreed to join him, but Luo Qinghan demanded that he prove himself in battle.

• Shu Yan revealed his plan to reach godhood to Xu Jiawei and gained the cautious support of Star Luo and the Ice Snow Two Emperors.
• Qian Gu Chaoshēng tested Shu Yan, while Xu Jiujiu grew closer to him and helped him obtain the Devouring Spirit Carving Knife.
• Shu Yan arranged for Han Lin to craft Yin's Netherfall from the Titan Snow Demon skull bone and gave up a Soul Bone to make it.
• Snow Empress and Ice Empress purified the carving knife with Living Gold, and Shu Yan trained in the Snow Empress Three Absolutes while Han Lin completed Yin's Netherfall.
• Shu Yan took captured Evil Soul Masters to the Star Dou Great Forest and used Yin's Netherfall to absorb their remains, awakening Electrolux in his Sea of Consciousness.
• Di Tian confronted Shu Yan and the Ice Snow Two Emperors, then allowed them to leave after Snow Empress explained their plan to cooperate with humans and create a god.
• Xu Jiawei explained Star Luo’s political history and its support for the Martial Soul Hall Remnants, while Electrolux began recovering with the Living Gold.
• Shu Yan demonstrated his strength to Luo Qinghan, Chen Ming, and Wang Lin, who agreed to join him, and scheduled a battle with Luo Qinghan’s group at Star Luo Arena for the next day.

Shu Yan gathered Qian Gu Yueyin and the other Southern Visitors under his leadership, then traveled with Xu Jiujiu and the Ice Emperors to seek Luo Qinghan’s soul ring and investigate Jialing Pass. There he helped Bibi Dong move the Rakshasa Divine Seat into the Undead Demiplane, learned of a coming struggle over the Douluo Plane, and left with a secret lead on a trove of ice treasures.

• Shu Yan defeated Qian Gu Yueyin and the other Southern Visitors in the arena, and they pledged to follow him.
• Qian Gu Chaoshēng revealed the Blood Red Nine-Headed Bat King’s power within his Coiled Dragon Staff, asked Shu Yan to protect Qian Gu Yueyin, and directed him to Jialing Pass.
• Xu Jiujiu absorbed her Star Crown Sect Soul Bone, while Shu Yan explored Electrolux’s Undead Demiplane and demonstrated his command over its powerful undead.
• Shu Yan and Xu Jiujiu arranged for Luo Qinghan to absorb a Soul Devouring Dragon’s soul ring, then continued toward Jialing Pass.
• At Jialing Pass, Shu Yan met Bibi Dong, who explained her bond to the Rakshasa Divine Seat and agreed to move it into the Undead Demiplane with Electrolux.
• Bibi Dong told Shu Yan that Tang Hao, Ah Yin, and Tang San were eroding the Douluo Plane’s consciousness, and revealed the coming chance to resist as “Twin Destinies, Struggle of Fates.”

Shu Yan and his companions secured the Ten-Thousand-Year Profound Ice Marrow, helped Snow Empress and Ice Empress survive their tribulations, and brought Xu Jiujiu to the Ice and Fire Yin Yang Eye to strengthen her Star Crown Martial Soul. After Shu Yan discovered the buried Dragon Kings beneath the spring, Bibi Dong arrived through Electrolux’s portal to face the Water Dragon King’s corpse.

• Shu Yan led Snow Empress and Ice Empress into Earth Dragon Gate’s hidden cave, where they gathered Ice Extreme Divine Crystals and found Ten Thousand Year Profound Ice Marrow.
• Snow Empress helped Shu Yan absorb the marrow and break through to Soul Emperor, while Nan Shui Shui accepted a promised hundred-thousand-year Soul Bone as compensation for the sect’s secret land.
• Snow Empress and Ice Empress refined the marrow and survived their Heavenly Tribulations, then Shu Yan absorbed the Space Source Right Leg Bone and reached Soul Power Level sixty-five.
