• Bibi Dong recognized the Water and Fire Dragon Kings’ burial grounds, and the Water Dragon King’s remnant soul prepared to help Shu Yan form his seventh soul ring.
• Shu Yan defeated Evil Soul Masters in Sunset Forest, then helped Dugu Yan condense her poison into a core and recruited her to serve Xu Jiujiu.

• Ling Luochen called on the Snow Empress’s power to stop Ma Xiaotao’s rampage, freezing Sea God Lake before Ling Luochen broke through to Soul King level.
• Shu Yan emerged from the Ice and Fire Yin Yang Eye with a new ice-and-water authority, then searched the northern sea with the Snow Empress and Ice Empress for the Lost Land.

Shu Yan reunited with his family in the Dou Ling Empire and helped restore his mother’s health before returning with them to Star Luo City. As his relationships and allies grew, he prepared with Jiujiu and Xu Jiawei to reform Star Luo and confront resistant nobles.

• Shu Yan met Su Tong, learned how he had been lost during an Evil Soul Master ambush, and agreed to reunite with their parents without blaming his family for his separation.
• Shu Yan gave Zhang Lexuan the Moon Crown Soul Bone, revealed his Heavenly Snow Woman Martial Soul, and explained the upper cultivation ranks to her and Han Ruoruo.

Back in Star Luo, Shu Yan strengthened his allies and prepared for the tournament as he investigated a dangerous bloodline change and struggled to condense a second Soul Core.

• Shu Yan took Xu Jiujiu, Ling Luochen, and Su Tong to the Star Dou Great Forest, where Su Tong gained a soul ring and Ling Luochen and Xu Jiujiu pursued powerful beasts.
• Shu Yan rescued Zhang Lexuan and Han Ruoruo from a Holy Spirit Cult ambush, and both women joined his group after recovering.
