Ox Seat glanced at them. They immediately lowered their heads and fell silent.

When Ox Seat turned away, a cold smile slowly spread across his face. "I didn't expect you to actually come, Night Dawn... Welcome to the Capital City!"

"But why would you get involved with someone like the Seventh Prince...? Never mind. Now that you're in the Capital City, we'll have plenty of time to settle our score!"

Ox Seat took a long look at the Seventh Prince's Mansion, then led the way off.

The other black-robed figures exchanged glances and followed without a word.

Ox Seat was the highest-ranking of the Twelve Seats in the Phoenix Organization.

Apart from the two leaders and the Three Black Feathers, Ox Seat held the highest position.
