"What kind of hatred would make a Super Player kill someone and then seal their corpses outside the front gate to look at every day?" Zhu Bu's sworn younger sister, Hong Xi, said. "I think those people must have held special meaning for the Suitcase Man, which is why he sealed them away for so long."
The others fell silent. After all, they didn't know the whole story, but the Suitcase Man didn't seem like a particularly sentimental person.
"Forget all that," Zhu Bu said to Xu Huo. "When are your friends arriving?"
"They're already here." Xu Huo looked into the distance. Three dolls had been wandering nearby for the past three minutes: a crocodile, a peacock, and a round, birdlike doll.
"I'm here!" Yan Jiayu's kangaroo came bounding over from afar. Hearing that familiar voice, Qi Cong immediately teared up with excitement and rushed forward, arms spread wide. "Little Fish, I missed you so much..."
The kangaroo responded with a merciless kick.
Xu Huo watched her bound up to them and couldn't help asking, "Does staying inside for too long change your behavior?"
Yan Jiayu laughed. "The costume's huge and awkward to wear. I guess I got used to hopping around."

Before they could say anything, the round Jiji Bird spoke up. "Didn't I tell you not to call me that?"
"It just slipped out. Sorry." Yan Jiayu introduced her again. "The doll she's wearing is merchandise from an A-class wormhole point, and it's called Jiji Bird. She doesn't like me calling her that, though, so you can just call her Bird."
