Xu Huo stopped a collapsing hotel from crushing people and challenged the man, who said the attackers were Survivors persecuted by District 022.

• People across the Capital Prefecture demanded evacuation as news spread that other core cities in District 022 had also been attacked.
• Xu Huo warned Zhou Juanjuan and Levi that the attackers had arrived when a wave of air swept through the city and the pale man caused the remaining suspended buildings to shatter.
