After a pleasant meeting with the Celestial Dragons, Uchiha Yoru did not go to Saint Rosward's residence.

Instead, he brought his clansmen straight to the famous Shakedown Bar for a rest.

The bar was dimly lit. The scent of liquor and wood hung in the air, a world away from the noise and splendor outside on the Sabaody Archipelago.

The owner, Shakky, was a striking woman with a flawless figure who had aged gracefully.

A cigarette between her lips, she glanced at Yoru and his companions. Her pupils tightened slightly, but she asked no questions. She merely pointed to several empty round tables in the corner.

Yoru looked around and saw no sign of Rayleigh. Nor did he feel like greeting Grandma Shakky, who was over sixty.

He led the Uchiha to the tables. Shisui and the others quietly took positions around the bar, forming a loose guard around Yoru.

Yoru sat alone at one table and set the black cloth bag on it.

He untied the bag and took out four oddly shaped Devil Fruits, each covered in spiral patterns, placing them on the table one by one.

Under the dim light, the patterns on their skins seemed to slowly shift.

Yoru studied the fruits, and his crimson Mangekyō Sharingan quietly awakened.

He had only meant to examine these strange creations, said to be incarnations of the devils of the sea, and see what made them special.

But then his right eye grew faintly warm.

The scene before him changed.

His right eye saw through the fruits' rough skins and strange patterns, piercing straight into them.

There was no flesh or seed inside, only four masses of light or shadow, each with a different form and kind of energy.
