Uchiha Yoru moved the Uchiha Clan from Konoha to Kuja Island, where they clashed with Hancock’s warriors before arranging a settlement and Haki training. As the Uchiha and Kuja learned from each other, the arc left Hancock curious about Chakra and Water Walking.

• Uchiha Yoru revealed to Fugaku that he had sent the clan radicals through a World Gate, and Itachi abandoned his plan to kill the Uchiha after finding them safe.
• Yoru brought Fugaku and Itachi to the New World, where he reunited the clan with Shisui and announced that the valley would be their new home.
• Yashiro’s scouts fought Kuja Imperial Guards, prompting Hancock to arrive with her warriors and petrify Uchiha clansmen with Slave Arrow.
• Shisui protected the retreating Uchiha with Susanoo until Yoru blocked Hancock’s attack with his own Haki-coated Susanoo.
• Yoru negotiated permission for the Uchiha to settle on Kuja Island and secured Haki training by revealing Hancock, Sandersonia, and Marigold’s past at Mary Geoise.
• The Third Hokage concealed the Uchiha Clan’s disappearance from the public and recalled the search forces despite Danzo’s objections.
• The Uchiha trained in Haki while the Kuja learned Chakra, and Itachi began reconciling with Izumi after Yoru urged him not to carry his burdens alone.
• After the Kuja demanded instruction in Sea King control, Yoru taught them Water Walking instead, and Hancock asked Sandersonia to explain the technique and Chakra training.

Hancock learned Water Walking from Shisui, while Obito tried and failed to turn her against the Uchiha. Yoru brought the clan to Sabaody, where Shisui and Inabi became entangled in a clash over a Celestial Dragon, leaving the World Government and Marines preparing to respond.

• Shisui taught Hancock to control Chakra until she could walk on the sea, and she grew restless when he stopped visiting.
• Obito appeared in Hancock’s bedchamber and urged her to drive out the Uchiha, but she attacked him and warned Shisui about his plan to take his eyes.
• Itachi stopped Momonga’s Marines from approaching Kuja Island, and Yoru then led Hancock and a group of Uchiha toward Sabaody.
• The Uchiha reached Sabaody, where Inabi killed pirates who threatened the clan and defeated a gang boss who tried to claim En'yōmaru.
• Shisui witnessed Scarface and the Fishman Boys being auctioned, and his intervention helped Scarface’s crew free them before Saint Charlos had several members tortured and killed.
• Inabi killed the captive Fishman Boys to end their suffering and fought Saint Charlos’s guards, while Shisui rescued Hikari and helped Inabi escape with Scarface.
• Shisui defeated the White Mask CP0 Leader and other fighters, while Sengoku sent Akainu and Kizaru to Sabaody and Yoru used genjutsu to make Charlos halt the investigation.

Yoru led the Uchiha through battles with the Marines, gathered Devil Fruits, and prepared the clan to return to Konoha. The Uchiha seized control of the village after defeating its leaders and crushing the allied clans, leaving Yoru to confront the surviving elders.

• At Sabaody, Itachi and the Uchiha fought Akainu and Kizaru until Yoru joined the battle, and Saint Rosward intervened to make the Marines stand down.
• Yoru distributed Devil Fruits among the Uchiha, including the healing Golden Crow Fruit to Itachi, then returned to Skypiea and extracted Enel’s Rumble-Rumble Fruit.
• After returning to Kuja Island, Yoru declared that the Uchiha would go back to Konoha and reclaim what they had lost.
• Yoru led the Uchiha through a gateway to their former compound, where Shisui killed Danzō and Itachi agreed to face the Third Hokage.
• The Uchiha attacked Konoha, and Itachi defeated Hiruzen Sarutobi with the Totsuka Blade before Yoru killed Homura and Koharu.
• When Konoha’s clans assembled, Yoru’s Conqueror’s Haki felled most of their forces, and four Susanoo led the Uchiha assault.
• The Uchiha overwhelmed the allied clans, forcing the surviving Konoha ninja to surrender as Yoru confronted Torifu Akimichi and Nara Shikaku.

Uchiha Yoru consolidated his rule over Konoha, pursued Obito and Black Zetsu, and extended his influence into the wider world. After gaining Sage Mode and learning of the Great Toad Sage’s warning, he turned Konoha against Akatsuki and summoned Jiraiya to answer for his past.

• Yoru seized control of Konoha, executed its former leaders, became Fifth Hokage, and imposed reforms that included a merit-based archive of clan techniques.
• Yoru secured the Daimyo’s recognition, killed Asuma, and later captured Obito with Whitebeard’s help before using Rin to make Obito confront his crimes and promise to protect Konoha.
• Yoru recruited Moria and Robin, revived Moria’s former crewmates, claimed Shusui, and brought Orochimaru into his work on unusual techniques and bodies.
• Naruto gained friends and brought grieving Hinata into their group, while Jiraiya observed Konoha’s changes and agreed to help Yoru seek Senjutsu training at Mount Myōboku.
• After Natural Energy resisted his chakra, Yoru used Kane’s Devil Fruit energy to achieve Sage Mode and learned to store and summon its markings at will.
• Obito sent Konoha intelligence about Akatsuki’s plan to capture Naruto, and Fugaku and Itachi defeated Hidan and Kakuzu when they infiltrated the village.
• Yoru completed his training, told the Great Toad Sage that Black Zetsu sought to revive Kaguya Ōtsutsuki, and identified Naruto as the Child of Prophecy.
• Yoru ordered Konoha to target Akatsuki and told Fugaku to bring Jiraiya in to answer for his past actions.
