Kenma used Kuchiki Kyoka’s rebellion to gain influence, become Commander of the Stealth Force, and build a new Onmitsukidō with the Uchiha. After uncovering the Kiritsugus’ connection to the Soul King, he warned Aizen about his plans and prepared to leave for the Human World to investigate the Soul King Palace.

• Kenma arranged Toji’s arm operation and later learned that Kuchiki Kyoka had killed Central 46, the Tsunayashiro Clan’s main family, and Kenpachi before being sealed by Yamamoto and Kuchiki Ginrei.
• Kenma filled most of Central 46 with Shikokuin Family allies, visited the imprisoned Kyoka, and learned how Kyoka could use his Zanpakuto powers without Muramasa.
• Central 46 sentenced Kyoka to 25,000 years in Muken and cut the Gotei 13’s funding and personnel, then appointed Kenma Commander of the Stealth Force as it rebuilt the Onmitsukidō.
• Kenma recruited the Uchiha to expand the Onmitsukidō, then confronted the Kiritsugus and learned they had suppressed Zanpakuto awakenings to protect him, with the black-haired Kiritsugu revealed as the Soul King’s Joint.
• With Yoruichi’s help, Kenma established the Onmitsukidō headquarters in her hidden cavern and brought Uchiha clansmen, Marines, and Shisui into the organization.
• Kenma visited Aizen and questioned him about the Great Spirit Book Corridor, revealing that he sought Soul Society’s million-year history and information about the King’s Key.
• Kenma told Yoruichi he would soon leave for the Human World on serious business connected to the Soul King Palace, promising to explain everything later.

Kenma claimed Yomi as his domain, brought Yoruichi into the secret of his connected worlds, and began establishing a settlement there. While showing her another world, he and Yoruichi encountered London’s destruction and watched Alucard defeat his enemies before feeding on the dead.

• Kenma led Shisui and Yakumi into the Pirate World’s frozen underworld, explored Yomi, and forged a pact that made him its lord.
• Kenma returned to the Soul Society as Chunyan was dying, and after Chunyan’s death he promised Yoruichi he would reveal his secrets.
• Kenma connected Yoruichi to his Zanpakuto and showed her his stronghold, Whitebeard, the Uchiha, and the Senkaimon linking several worlds.
• Kenma took Yoruichi to Marineford and Yomi, where they found Yakumi, Ace, and Little Oars preparing a site for a city.
• Kenma opened a passage into a modern world, but reports of attacks and London’s destruction led him and Yoruichi to investigate the city.
• Kenma stopped Yoruichi from interfering as the Vatican’s Crusaders and the Last Battalion converged on London, then Alucard arrived and the factions’ strongest fighters gathered.
• Alucard unleashed the River of Death, defeated Father Anderson and Walter, and began consuming the dead and the remaining forces in London.

Kenma gathered the souls of defeated enemies and pirates, took Momonosuke’s Devil Fruit power for Shisui, and dealt with Yoruichi’s jealousy over Calico. He then prepared an operation in the Ninja World, recruiting Garp, Sengoku, and Akainu as he sought to expand and secure Yomi.

• Kenma summoned the Major’s soul, but the Major refused to join him and claimed victory because Alucard could no longer drink blood without disappearing.
• Kenma recruited the doctor and Walter, then awakened Kaido and Big Mom and bound them to him with contracts after they agreed to serve him.
• Riko Amanai gathered the fallen pirates’ souls, while Gernika and Maha joined Kenma’s Onmitsukidō.
• Kenma took Momonosuke’s pink dragon Devil Fruit power and transferred it to Shisui, then left the injured Momonosuke alive and returned to Onigashima.
• Yoruichi learned Kenma had taken in Calico, a cat, and Kenma persuaded Shisui to care for her, and afterward, Soifon challenged Kenma and lost despite using her Bankai.
• Yoruichi asked Kenma to train Soifon’s Bankai, then teased him with dead mice and ornamental fish she had caught before Kenma left for the Ninja World operation.
• Kenma ordered Shisui to lead an elite squad into the Ninja World and asked Whitebeard and Zephyr for forces, while directing continued monitoring of threats in other worlds.
• Zephyr brought Garp, Sengoku, and Akainu to meet Kenma, and after Garp spoke of his reunion with Ace, Kenma asked Sengoku to become his subordinate.

Kenma gathered powerful allies and took control of the Pure Land while the Uchiha settled their affairs in the Ninja World. After killing Naruto and Sasuke to draw out Hagoromo, Kenma faced the Sage of Six Paths and Hamura as both sides assembled for battle.

• Kenma recruited Akainu, Kaido, and Big Mom for his campaign, while Shisui and Fugaku witnessed Nagato destroy and revive Konoha before recruiting his soul.
• The Uchiha attacked Konoha's weakened forces, Sasuke gained the Eternal Mangekyo Sharingan, and he joined Fugaku in reviving Orochimaru and summoning the Four Hokage.
• Kenma arrived in the Ninja World, revealed his plans to take control of the Pure Land, and won Orochimaru and Tobirama as subordinates while the other Hokage withheld their allegiance.
• Kenma entered the Pure Land with Shisui, found it without the Sage of Six Paths, and took control of the realm.
• At the battlefield, Obito became the Ten-Tails' Jinchuriki, and Kenma killed Naruto and Sasuke to force Hagoromo to appear, and both boys recovered, and Sasuke awakened the Rinnegan.
• Hagoromo and Hamura arrived to oppose Kenma, who summoned Kaido, Big Mom, and other allies through a rift in the sky.
• Fugaku intercepted Sasuke, Akainu moved to fight Naruto, and Shisui battled Obito as Kenma sent Big Mom and Kaido against the Six Paths brothers.
• The Sage of Six Paths ordered the shinobi to evacuate, Gaara carried away the unconscious Hokage, and Hagoromo and Hamura charged Kenma together.
