Nagato: Guys, I Think I Can't Catch Up to Hyuga Chiba Anymore

"Th-this... how is this possible?"

Ōnoki stared at the seven Tailed Beasts Chiba had summoned, his face full of disbelief. "Roshi, Han, and the other Jinchuriki are clearly still alive. How can Hyuga Chiba summon their Tailed Beasts?"

"I see." Nagato quickly spotted what was wrong and understood why. "They're nothing more than masses of pure Chakra shaped like those Tailed Beasts. They have none of their intelligence or spirit."

Even so, it was extraordinary.

Though those "Tailed Beasts" had yet to attack, Nagato was certain they possessed the strength of the real ones.

More importantly, Chiba controlled all of them himself. That meant they could work together and combine their strength.

Chiba offered no explanation. He simply gave the seven masses of Tailed Beast Chakra their orders.

All seven roared at once, then charged toward Nagato and the two shadows he had sent to attack the Chiba Shadow Clone and the Hamura Statue's shadow clone.

Aside from the mass of Nine-Tails Chakra, none of the others could easily face a Perfect Susanoo alone.

But together, the seven were strong enough to stand against Nagato and his two shadows.

"I'd planned to lure you over and catch you off guard, Lord Chiba. I suppose I'll have to use this early." With a helpless sigh, Nagato released a third shadow.

Now the seven masses of Tailed Beast Chakra faced four enemies wielding Perfect Susanoo and the Rinnegan.

It was only one more shadow, but that was enough to shift the battle considerably.

Especially when the Tailed Beast Chakra constructs could neither see nor sense any of the three shadows.

"Then we'll blanket the area with fire!"
