Annie hadn't been very happy lately.
You see, she was clearly doing good deeds, working hard to keep all those worlds from collapsing. Yet some bad people insisted that everything was her fault. And while it was true that she had caused it all, she was now working very hard to maintain and repair those worlds—worlds numbering in the "ten to the hundredth-plus power" range. She really wasn't some Great Demon King bent on destroying the world!
Unfortunately, those bad people just wouldn't listen to her explanations...
Anyway, during this week (by standard Earth time) of being the Great Demon King, Annie had already dealt with more than enough world-chosen protagonists to count on her fingers, and sent at least a million people on an early journey to that mysterious land of death.
But it was no use!
Because Annie had discovered that an endless stream of people were still coming, or on their way here.
They stubbornly believed she was the one behind it all.
