Annie had known for a while that the bald uncle next door had returned from City F. The news had already reported that the Peach Paradise Group, a gang of bald criminals who had destroyed many buildings and killed many people, had been defeated. After making a racket and causing considerable casualties and economic damage in City F, the men who had loudly proclaimed they would build a society where people could get food without working had ultimately been beaten.
Annie figured that the bald uncle had obviously been the one to take them down. Judging by when he'd returned, the timing seemed about right, too.

What Annie found a little strange was that Uncle Saitama seemed to have taken a serious blow. After coming home, he'd holed himself up in his apartment and hadn't come out again. Even at dinnertime, he hadn't cooked on his balcony or come over to mooch a meal from her.

Annie saw that, in the cramped little apartment, the strange bald Uncle Saitama, the robot Genos, and the plant-ball Qiuqiu were gathered around an old computer. She had no idea what they were looking at.
"Are you playing a fun computer game?"

Annie's first thought was that they must have found something fun to do.
So she hurried inside, stood behind the three of them, and kept rising onto her tiptoes to peer at the computer screen.
If they were playing a fun game, she was definitely going
