The crowd looked up toward the sound and saw a bubble ship slowly floating toward the entrance, where the Sunny was undergoing registration and inspection. A huge bubble enveloped the ship, and a gigantic sea-serpent-like beast pulled it along. The words "Dragon Palace" were painted on its side.

"Look! Isn't that the royal family's sightseeing ship, the Dragon Palace?"

"But why would the royal family's sightseeing ship come here to the entrance?"
