As the end of the month drew closer and the repairs to the "Nameless" community's grounds neared completion, it was only natural that the vast plots of land they had cleared—still nothing but rows of bare soil—were added to the schedule for planting crops.

So today, the community's Grand Overseer of internal and external affairs, as well as its kindergarten nanny, Black Rabbit, brought a group of little kids from various races, all sporting different kinds of fluffy ears, to the fields to begin some experimental planting.

The reason it was experimental, of course, was that their community's home had once been attacked by a certain evil Great Demon King using some kind of dark power that withered everything. So even though they now had water and fields, Black Rabbit couldn't be sure the seeds would survive until they knew whether the microorganisms in the soil and certain other essential factors had returned to normal.

Still, whether or not anything survived, that didn't stop Black Rabbit from bringing the children along to try their best to restore their home.

"Keep it up!"

"Big Sis Black Rabbit, make sure you work hard! I'm rooting for you!"

At that moment, beneath the shade of a young tree that had only recently been transplanted near the fields, Annie stood there looking adorable as she loudly cheered on Black Rabbit, who had been working with her face to the ground and her back to the sky. The scorching sun had left Black Rabbit drenched in sweat, her skin flushed red.

"..."

"Phew!"

Hearing that, Black Rabbit had no choice but to straighten up, let out a breath, and wipe the beads of sweat from her face. Then she turned toward a certain troublesome little girl who was all talk and no effort.
