( ) A Feast on a Deserted Island

On this sunny morning, after Misty, Ash, and Tracey had enjoyed Annie's free breakfast, they eagerly set off again, continuing their journey around the Orange Islands.

With Annie back with the group once more, and since they were setting out in the morning rather than at their usual time around dusk, they naturally didn't choose to cross the sea aboard the slow Lapras and endure another terrible roasting under the blazing sun. Instead, they had Annie's little Mewtwo carry them with its powerful psychic abilities as they flew south at high speed.

Sure, they could have chosen the even faster and more convenient option of Teleport, but after their awful experience falling into the sea last time, Ash and Misty had decided to settle for the much more reliable, comfortable, and safe option of flying.

After all, flying there took only about ten minutes. Compared to Teleport, with its unknown consequences and unknown destination, flying was far more worthwhile—and much safer.

"Look!"

"There's an island!"

"That's right!"

"That must be the uninhabited island south of Markot Island!"

Just over ten minutes later, while the morning sun was still mild, Tracey cried out. He had been using his binoculars to scan the area throughout the flight, and now everyone spotted their planned destination: a green island on the southern horizon.

"That was fast..."

"We're already here?"

"Yeah, that was quick!"

"Way faster than Lapras. Usually, even if we swim at full speed, it takes at least half an hour to reach an island after we spot it. We got here in the blink of an eye."

"This island doesn't seem to have any towns or villages..."

"Of course not!"

"It's uninhabited, and it doesn't even seem to have a name!"

"Oh, I see!"
