The Leaky Cauldron was easy enough for Annie to find, especially when she knew exactly where she was going.
So, with just a thought and a quick teleport while no one was looking, she appeared in the blink of an eye in front of the pub's wooden door. It was wedged between a large bookshop and a record shop, looked shabby and filthy, and, most importantly, went completely unnoticed by passersby and customers.

Seeing the place she vaguely remembered, Annie grinned, then strode right up and kicked the door open without a care for whether anyone nearby might notice. She swaggered inside.
She knew the place was protected by a Muggle-Repelling Charm, and ordinary people without magic—those so-called Muggles—wouldn't be able to see her.
"Welco—"
Seeing a customer arrive, Tom, the owner of the pub, had started to call out casually and was about to ask what the customer wanted.
But when he saw that his visitor was only a little girl, he immediately shut his mouth and grumbled:

"God damn it..."
"A little girl?"
He knew perfectly well that a little girl visiting his place wasn't there to drink or spend money. Maybe she was waiting for someone, maybe she was headed to Diagon Alley, or maybe she had some other business.
Whatever the reason, he knew she wasn't his customer. She wouldn't give him even half a Knut!

Annie ignored him and sauntered into the pub without the slightest hint of nervousness, then casually looked around.
As she did, all the witches and wizards in the pub, young and old, naturally turned their eyes toward the little girl who had no adult witch or wizard with her.
