Although the Qubeley's long, streamlined frame served little purpose in the vacuum of space, it still traced a graceful arc. Its densely packed funnels followed along both sides of the mobile suit, gleaming with a cold light as if ready to unleash lethal attacks at any moment.

A standard unit of distance was no small thing, so the funnels were still nowhere near firing range.
On the other big screen, a certain troublesome little girl pilot remained unhurried. Nobody knew what she was doing in the simulator cockpit; she was still tapping away at the controls while her mobile suit stood completely still, leaving many spectators outside baffled.
