After gripping the ancient-looking slate railing with both hands and rising onto her tiptoes to peek outside with her golden-haired head, little Annie had spent quite a while gazing down at the vast, classical city. Satisfied at last, she pulled back and began looking around the small garden-like courtyard, her big green eyes full of curiosity.

While exploring her newly acquired territory in the deep sea, Annie had accidentally "discovered" this strange island in the middle of the vast ocean. It was protected by a huge magical concealment field, whose creator was anyone's guess. Ordinary methods of detection couldn't uncover a thing about what lay within.

Of course, whether a protective field or barrier relied on magic or technology, as long as Queen Annie put in even the tiniest bit of effort, nothing could escape her notice. And so she had come here today, sneaking onto this strange island.
