Functional Building Description: The central pillar that houses the territory's rule imprints. For every rule power it contains, players gain a legion-wide enhancement. (The enhancement is shared by all players and grants a permanent buff that ignores distance.)
Territory Rules Contained:
Flesh Reshaping (Initial): After dying, players can revive inside Emperor's Tomb Village. Each death consumes 10 Sacrificial Power, and triggers a 60-minute revival cooldown.
Gathering (Crystal Palace Domain Rule): Monster Souls gain the effects of the Gathering rule. The more players use a given Monster Soul, the stronger its bonus attributes become. For every 100,000 Gathering points, the Monster Soul gains a 1% increase in strength.
Guidance Tip: The bonus from Gathering is calculated as follows: each additional player using a Monster Soul adds 10 Gathering points, and each level of the Monster Soul adds 1 point. Take players using Black Armor Snake as an example: if five players are using the Black Armor Snake Monster Soul, and each has it at level 10, the Gathering score is calculated as follows: 50 (number of players) + 50 (Monster Soul levels), for a total of 100 Gathering points for the Black Armor Snake Monster Soul.
