When the Space Battleship returned Liu Zhi to the player platform, the Empire had already finished constructing the city-to-city teleportation gates Liu Zhi had selected.
The teleportation gates were two enormous metal doors, each 130 meters high and 63 meters wide. They were filled with a futuristic, technological feel. Before activation, they looked no different from ordinary doors.
But once the other gate had been installed and both gates were activated simultaneously, a light curtain showing the other gate's side would appear inside them. By passing through the light curtain, one could freely travel from one city to another.
Most importantly, since the two teleportation gates had been installed within the cities' leyline networks, they would not need any additional energy after activation, and the cost of passing through them would not be too great.

Of the two teleportation gates, Liu Zhi placed the one belonging to the Yadaliate within the Yadaliate's platform.
For this purpose, Liu Zhi had specially opened up several large spaces in the platform and built a huge distributed teleportation platform inside them.
As for the teleportation gate meant for the Nether Palace, it was placed on the main deck of the Yadaliate.
The Empire had given Liu Zhi an assurance that this teleportation gate could be moved once and that it was idiot-proof. Liu Zhi only needed to activate it; he did not need to worry about anything else.
Liu Zhi still chose to trust the Empire's assurance. At the very least, the two teleportation gates before him looked quite real.
After changing out the teleportation gates, Liu Zhi exchanged all his remaining achievements and resources for the various blueprints he needed.
These included Alchemy and Poison Making, abilities Liu Zhi already
