Garp could no longer wait for the ice sword to descend. He leaped straight down.

Kizaru greeted Garp as he passed, but Garp ignored him, his face dark as he strode straight toward Leon.
"Borsalino! Why did you attack Leon!?"
Kuzan landed right behind him and immediately demanded an explanation from Kizaru.
"I couldn't help it~" Kizaru shrugged helplessly. "Leon killed a Celestial Dragon, after all~"

"Leon!" Garp gritted his teeth, his face twisting with anger. "You bastard!!!"
Garp exploded into motion and punched Leon in the face.
Leon stood his ground and took Garp's punch head-on.
His body flew backward, carving a deep trench through the ground.
Leon rose from the crater and silently wiped the blood from the corner of his mouth.
"Do you have any idea what the consequences of this will be!?"

He punched the sea. The calm surface seemed to cave in as if struck by a falling mountain. The water roared into the air, then came pouring down like a sudden rainstorm.
