The Wano Country That Became an Affiliate of Wood

After the battle in Wano Country, the land was left in ruins, but in the end, the kingdom had been saved.

The pirate forces that had once occupied the island had all withdrawn after Kaido's defeat. The only pirates still in Wano Country were the Straw Hat Crew and Wood, both of whom had helped the country.

Wood woke up the next day and signed several agreements with Wano Country.

They mainly concerned the production of Sea Prism Stone and its forging techniques. The person who negotiated with Wood was Wano Country's new shogun, Hiyori Kozuki.

According to Wano Country's customs, the person who inherited the shogun's position should have been the heir of the Kozuki Clan—Kozuki Momonosuke.

But Momonosuke was dead, and the only remaining person with a claim to the succession was Kozuki Oden's daughter, Hiyori Kozuki.

Kin'emon and the other Akazaya Nine had urged Hiyori, who didn't know Wood well, not to go back on the terms Wood had previously proposed. The consequences would be severe.
