10th Division
This time, when entering Seireitei, Tsuna and the others did not choose the reckless method of using the Kakkaku Cannon. Instead, they honestly passed through West Rukongai and arrived at the location of the West White Path Gate.
This journey through Rukongai was a real eye-opener for Ichigo's two younger sisters, allowing them to experience the scenery of the Edo period, a world they could never experience in the World of the Living.
The group continued their journey until they reached the White Path Gate, where a giant stood guard; he was Jidanbō Ikkanzaka.
Tsuna had no intention of forcing his way in. He held the token given to him by Kyōraku, which allowed him to freely enter and Seireitei.
"Hello, I'm Sawada Tsunayoshi. These are my friends. We need to enter the Seireitei. Please open the door." As he spoke, Tsuna tossed the sign towards Sidanfang.
Sidanfang took the sign and saw that it was indeed a pass from Seireitei, but that didn't mean he wanted to let Tsuna and the others in.
Sidanfang returned the plaque to Tsuna, but instead of opening the door, he asked, "Are you the Ryoka monsters who broke into Seireitei a few days ago?"
Upon hearing the term "Ryoka, "Tsuna couldn't help but feel displeased. Logically, having helped the Seireitei, the Gotei 13 shouldn't be calling them "Ryoka" anymore. What was wrong with this guy?
"So, you'll take that as your opinion. What can I do for you?" Tsuna asked.
Suddenly, a pair of giant axes came crashing down on Tsuna's head, accompanied by Sidanfang's furious roar, "You're the ones who injured my brother!"
With a thud, Sidanfang's double axes stopped short of Tsuna's head. Tsuna held Lambo's Shield, and the lightning defense that extended from the shield was enough to stop Sidanfang's attack.
Too weak. Tsuna didn't even have the interest to draw his sword. He just activated Fullbring, holding his shield, and recalled the people he had injured after entering Seireitei.
"Damn it, damn it!"
Seeing that Tsuna ignored her, Sidanfang swung his double axes with all his might. The impact of the axes and shields made a loud noise. This scene was a bit too shocking for Yuzu, and she subconsciously shrank behind Karin.
Tsuna witnessed this scene. He had watched these two younger sisters from the Kurosaki Residence grow up, and he treated them as his own sisters. Sidanfang's behavior aroused a hint of anger in Tsuna.
"Enough!"
Four bolts of lightning extended from the shield, intertwining to form horns that shot directly toward Sidanfang's limbs— the Lightning Horn.
Tsuna didn't use any particularly powerful techniques; simply injuring Sidanfang with Raikaku rendered him powerless to continue.
Looking at the collapsed Sidanfang on the ground, Tsuna said, "I've never hurt your brother before, look carefully before you hit him!"
Tsuna remembered that after entering Seireitei, he had injured many prominent figures. He couldn't remember the name of this guy, Sidanfang's younger brother, so it definitely wasn't him who did it.
But seeing the tearful expression on Sidanfang, Tsuna softened slightly and added, "Alright, what's your brother's name?"
"Jirobo Ikkanzaka..." she sobbed.
Tsuna slapped his forehead. Ah, he remembered! He glanced sideways at Ichigo, "The doorman's down, go open the door?"
"Why me?" Ichigo believed that Sidanfang had taken down Tsuna, and it had nothing to do with him.
"Who else could it be but you? Orihime beat up that kid's brother, she's already being lenient by not making you apologize." Tsuna kicked Ichigo in the butt, Ichigo flew all the way to the White Path Gate before stopping.
"Sidanfang, right? Battles always have winners and losers. Let's not even talk about your brother bullying the girls in our team."
"After he was knocked down, we even treated him and saved his life. And you're going to complain about that?"
"You're naive. You believe everything he says? Remember, we're not Ryoka! If I killed you today, even Old Man Yamamoto wouldn't be able to say anything!"
Tsuna glared at Sidanfang, then ignored the wailing giant. If it weren't for Sidanfang's pampering, his younger brother wouldn't have developed such a terrible personality. If he had known this would happen, he should have finished him off back then.
"Ichigo- nii, how are you going to open such a big door?" Karin was quick to understand, and her attention was immediately drawn to the enormous White Path Gate.
"Of course we'll lift it up! Just wait!"
Ichigo flexed his muscles, inserted his hands into the crack of the White Path Gate, and tried his best to lift it upwards. But no matter how hard he gritted his teeth and strained, with veins bulging, the White Path Gate only opened a crack, still a long way from being able to pass through.
"Is Ichigo not doing well?"
The Yuzu's caring greetings were the most lethal weapon; could Ichigo tolerate them?
A crimson spiritual pressure covered his face. With the help of the Visored, Ichigo's strength increased dramatically. He suddenly raised his hands, and the White Path Gate was opened more than halfway.
"How about that? Your brother is pretty amazing!"
Just as Ichigo, Tsuna, carrying his two younger sisters, and Isshin, with Masa in his arms, transformed into two black shadows and passed by Ichigo. As Ichigo belatedly turned around to look into the Seireitei, the White Path Gate had already descended from above his head.
"Huh?"
Ichigo instinctively reached out to catch the falling door, but Tsuna reacted quickly and used Arnold's Handcuffs to grab Ichigo's ankles as Ichigo passed by. With a gentle pull, Ichigo entered Seireitei unharmed.
The journey thereafter was uneventful. With Isshin the way, Tsuna and the others no longer had to wander around like headless flies and successfully arrived at the 10th Division Barracks.
Looking at the familiar gate, Isshin was filled with emotion. When he sacrificed his Bleach powers to save Masa back then, he never thought he would be able to come back. But now, not only has he returned, but his whole family is here with him.
Just as Isshin was about to express his excitement, Tsuna had already stepped inside. He had no interest in listening to Isshin's exclamations, and the others followed him into the 10th Division's barracks without giving Isshin any face either.
"Who are you?" As soon as I walked in, a team member immediately came forward to ask.
"Please inform Hachi that an old friend from the 10th Division is visiting," Tsuna said.
Hachi...
The squad member immediately recognized who was in front of him. Their 10th Division captain's nickname was given to him by the Ryoka a while ago, but it was later spread by their Vice-Captain Rangiku.
Every time Vice-Captain Rangiku calls Captain Hitsugaya by his nickname, the captain gets furious. This is one of the few things that has managed to get the captain emotionally agitated in the past two days.
Upon learning the identity of the visitor, the squad member immediately went inside to report.
"Who is it? Tsuna- kun comes to the 10th Division, he can just walk in and report..."
Before seeing him, Rangiku Tsuna come to the 10th Division. After this incident, the 10th Division fell into an eerie silence. Everyone was speaking in hushed tones, afraid of provoking the captain's anger.
The 10th Division desperately needs some external force to break this eerie silence. Tsuna's arrival is just in time; the 10th Division is finally about to regain some vitality.
However, Rangiku didn't expect that it wasn't Tsuna's arrival that caused the changes in the 10th Division, but rather a certain unscrupulous former boss.
The moment Rangiku saw Isshin, she was speechless. That idiot gatekeeper couldn't even recognize the former captain!
"Hey, Rangiku, you've matured!"
It was the same familiar tone, only without so many flowery words. The person trailing at the very back of the line was another person she had been worried about all these years—the unscrupulous former captain who dared to abandon his family business!
At that moment, Rangiku unleashed the highest level of Flash Step she had ever achieved, instantly appearing in front of Isshin and punching him in the Isshin.
"You damn captain, you actually know how to come back! Take this punch..." Punch after punch, Rangiku unleashed all the frustration and anger she had accumulated over the past few days onto Isshin.
While at the Shiba Clan, the Kurosaki Family had already learned the dire consequences of Isshin Shiba's complete resignation back then. At this moment, the entire Kurosaki Residence looked up at the sky, completely oblivious to Isshin's screams.
"Who's making a racket! Didn't I tell you not to bother me?!" came a frustrated young boy's voice, trying to sound mature.
As soon as Toshiro entered the courtyard, he saw Rangiku hitting Isshin. He couldn't very well scold Rangiku for her noisy behavior, because he also wanted to beat up that unscrupulous captain, if it weren't for maintaining the current captain's authority.
Do you know how painful it was to be suddenly pushed into the captain's position and spend day and night learning Bankai?
On Isshin eve of Isshin's departure from the 10th Division, Toshiro had just mastered Bankai. Upon hearing this news, Isshin said he would train Toshiro as the next leader. With just that one sentence, Toshiro was forced to take over when the 10th Division was leaderless.
In order to stabilize the 10th Division's position in the Seireitei, Toshiro had to devote himself entirely to Bankai training. Does he even understand the mental strain of handling team affairs during the day and the physical strain of perfecting Bankai training?
Because of this experience, in order not to be looked down upon, Toshiro even developed the habit of speaking in a mature manner.
Toshiro glanced at the two still bickering and, unable to bear watching any longer, could only welcome Tsuna, and the Ichigo in.
Through Ichigo's introduction, Toshiro learned that these strangers were Isshin's family. The veins on his forehead bulged even more. While he was risking his life for the 10th Division, this carefree captain already had a wife and children?
Toshiro couldn't hold back any longer and roared, "Rangiku, give me a couple more punches!"
"Receive!"
With the captain's order Rangiku became even more unrestrained, and apart from not using spiritual pressure, every punch and kick was merciless.
As the current head of the 10th Division, Toshiro was naturally responsible for entertaining the guests. However, for some reason, while pouring water for the guests, his gaze kept falling on the black-haired girl.
Toshiro 'Tsuna unusual behavior, but said nothing, simply huddled in a corner with a cup of tea, watching the scene unfold. If he remembered correctly, Hachi and Karin had a previous encounter in the story, I think it was because of soccer?
