Kirinj's Vajra is incredibly powerful and fast; even Aizen couldn't dodge it in that instant. However, this attack couldn't kill Aizen, who was pinned to the ground and enjoying the relief from the Hollow's power and the Hogyoku's power.

Because of this, Aizen was unable to escape from the Vajra for the time being, which was the perfect opportunity for Kirinj to summon Yachiru Unohana.
