Aizen's Message
Tsuna appeared near Stark and immediately spotted Gin Ichimaru, who neither fought back nor retaliated. These two were using the guise of official business to catch up on their relationship, since Rangiku still needed to maintain a good image as the Vice-Captain when they were in the 10th Division.
"Yo, Tsuna, you're here. Watch how awesome I am!" Rangiku said proudly.
Stark was now riddled with holes and lay dying on the ground, with a trembling Lilynette nestled beneath him.
Having witnessed the power of Gin Ichimaru and Rangiku, Lilynette dared not easily lead Stark away. She only dared to follow Stark's last words before he fell unconscious, hiding under Stark body.
Upon seeing Tsuna's arrival, Lilynette froze, too afraid to move. This guy wasn't even afraid of Aizen; what should she do?
"Judging from these injuries, it must have been Gin Ichimaru who did it, right?" Tsuna immediately noticed that Stark's body was covered in piercing wounds from the tip of a knife.
"Damn it! I also put in a lot of effort, okay!" Rangiku said, patting Tsuna's shoulder in dissatisfaction. It was only because of her carefree personality that she dared to joke around so casually even after knowing Tsuna's strength.
"Yes, yes, yes." Tsuna casually echoed Rangiku, then said to Gin Ichimaru, "Let me hear your sweet little tunes sometime."
Gin Ichimaru smiled and nodded, but Rangiku blushed and firmly corrected him, saying, "It's not some sweet little tune, it's just a plain melody!"
Listening to Tsuna and the others' idle chatter, Lilynette could no longer bear it. Rather than waiting for judgment to come, she might as well take one last gamble and die if necessary!
With the power of his Resurrección activated, Stark transformed into a shotgun, and Lilynette became a sexy bombshell, pointing the gun at Tsuna and shouting, "Kill me if you want! I'm going to die standing up!"
Hearing the click-clack of the gun in Lilynette's hand, Tsuna asked curiously, "Can that gun really fire?"
The guns that Stark and Lilynette transform into are related to their own physical conditions. For someone like Stark, whose body is in a pineapple-like state, the gun he transforms into is just a fire poker.
Lilynette's face turned bright red, it was hard to tell whether it was from anger or nervousness. She finally mustered up the courage to make one last struggle, but she was seen through at a glance.
"Restore him to his original state. If you keep toying with him, Stark will really die."
Lilynette was stunned by Tsuna's words. "You didn't come here to kill us?"
Rangiku scolded her younger sister Lilynette in a tone of exasperation, "Honestly, if I wanted to kill you, would you still be alive?"
Somewhat confused, Lilynette restored Stark to his original state. With Tsuna's combined use of Sun Attribute fire and the Return Path technique, Stark quickly regained consciousness thanks to the life force of the 10th Espada.
"It's you?"
"It's me. Stay put. From now on, Hueco Mundo and Soul Society will be friends. You'll have more companions. Assist Nel well, understand?" Tsuna said earnestly, patting Stark on the shoulder. This was Nel's future right-hand man; he couldn't run away.
Sure enough, upon hearing the word "comrades, "Stark's desire to resist diminished. He understood the purpose of this battle: besides training the Bleach, it was also to give these natives a warning and help Nel build their authority.
However, having more companions they've never had before might not be a bad thing for Stark.
"You've kept this a secret very well, Gin Ichimaru," Stark said to Gin Ichimaru with a wry smile.
"There's no other way. If I tell you the truth, you probably won't do it, right?" Gin Ichimaru replied.
He knew Stark too well; once he explained the whole story and the Bleach's territory, Stark, with his personality, would definitely back down immediately.
Gin Ichimaru himself didn't care, but thinking that Rangiku wouldn't get the chance to train and that he would have to bear the brunt of her punches, Gin Ichimaru decided to keep his intentions hidden.
"Alright, stop chatting, Gin Ichimaru. Hurry up and help clean up the place. The new master of Las Noches is about to enter." Tsuna urged. With Gin Ichimaru leading the way, every nook and cranny of Las Noches could be cleaned up.
"Don't call me 'sir'," Gin Ichimaru said with some annoyance as he led Tsuna toward Las Noches.
The next step was for those who wanted to rest to receive treatment, and those who were in good health to go with Gin Ichimaru to clean up the area and gather all the Arrancar from Las Noches into the palace.
With Kotetsu Isane, a medical genius, there's no need for Tsuna's help. After Bankai, Isane can even heal severed arms and legs by simply using ice to mold them into Arrancar and then restoring them to become part of their bodies.
Sora Inoue, as the former butler of Las Noches, knew all the Arrancar and kept a small notebook in his mind to record their Arrancar.
The obedient and easily commanded Xu was persuaded by Sora Inoue. Based on the good-natured image Sora Inoue had left behind, most of them were compliant. After all, they would just be employees no matter who the boss was, not to mention that the future boss seemed to be a good person as well.
As for those troublemakers, Sora Inoue didn't even glance at them, directing the Bleach to clean up the trash.
The work was progressing quickly, and it wouldn't be long before all the Arrancar would have to pay homage to the new King of Hueco Mundo, until Sora Inoue brought back a female Arrancar.
This masked figure had short black hair and a pitiful yet beautiful face, though only half of it was visible, the other half replaced by a skull-like Arrancar.
"Tsuna, this is Loly Palamia, a research assistant. Her first master was Szayelaporro, and after Szayelaporro's death, she became Aizen's assistant and participated in many of Aizen's research projects," Sora Inoue introduced. "She said she needs to speak with you."
"Sawada." Loly bowed respectfully as she approached. "Lord Aizen left behind a message before leaving Hueco Mundo."
"If it's not Lord Aizen who returns to Las Noches, but Sawada Sawada, please come with me to Lord Aizen's research lab. There, Lord Aizen left you a message."
Loly was merely a messenger; Aizen only planted a trap on her because she was convenient for Aizen to use when researching Beyond Bankai, and because she was obedient enough.
After all, that's the Soul King Palace. Although he talks about ascending the throne, Aizen isn't entirely confident of victory.
If he succeeds, Hueco Mundo will be part of his future reforms, Aizen will naturally return to maintain his position as the King of Hueco Mundo. If he fails, the only one who can come here is Sawada Tsunayoshi, who made a deal with him.
"I hate these pretentious guys the most."
Tsuna didn't know what to say. After the battle at the Soul King Palace, he had met with Aizen and spent quite a while with him, yet Aizen hadn't uttered a single word to him.
Are they betting on whether he'll come to Las Noches? If it weren't Tsuna the team, but someone else, Loly probably wouldn't have spoken up.
"Lead the way," Tsuna said.
Led by Loly, the group arrived at a door deep underground, only to find that Gin Ichimaru was already there with several people.
"Why are you here?" Gin Ichimaru asked, recalling that Tsuna didn't seem to like dealing with these trivial matters.
"What are you doing here?" Tsuna asked back.
"This is Aizen's private laboratory. We were just trying to see if there were any valuable results we could take away, but we couldn't get in no matter what we tried," Gin Ichimaru explained.
The location of this laboratory is not known to just anyone; apart from Aizen's assistant, only Gin Ichimaru and Kaname Tōsen know it.
"Kido restriction on the door. I tried, but the Ruri'iro Kujaku couldn't open it," Yumichika said. He had intended to use the Ruri'iro Kujaku to absorb spiritual pressure and force the door open, but he failed.
After a quick examination, Tsuna knew why Yumichika had failed. "This is a power one level higher than yours. Once you advance further with your Zanpakuto, you might be able to do it."
This was left behind by Aizen after he achieved Beyond Bankai. Yumichika's power level was obviously insufficient to undo it. In a sense, was this also Aizen's last words?
No wonder Aizen never mentioned it. How could he talk about such a shameful thing to someone's face, especially since Aizen wasn't dead yet?
With his fingers blending the flames of Bleach, Hollows, and Fullbring, Tsuna poked the doorknob. Like a key, the Aizen set by Aizen automatically dispelled upon encountering a power of equal strength.
Tsuna the way, pushing open the door and entering the room, which was filled with various high-end instruments. One of the projectors lit up briefly, and Aizen sat in his office chair with his Aizen crossed, muttering to himself.
"If this video is activated, you'll be the one who enters, won't you, Sawada Tsunayoshi?"
Looking into Aizen's eyes, which seemed to see through everything, Tsuna a little embarrassed. He wasn't the only one who had entered; there were other Bleach as well.
If nothing unexpected happens, Aizen's words will soon spread throughout Seireitei. As for whether they will be included in the Seireitei Communication —or rather, the current Three Worlds Newsletter—that's hard to say.
Because it was a recording, Aizen could only say to himself, "Since it's you who came, does that mean my attempt to storm the Soul King Palace failed?"
"It's both unexpected and yet perfectly logical, Soul King," Aizen said with a wistful expression.
"Although I don't know what you're guarding against, you should have achieved your goal, right? Having witnessed the power of the Soul King Palace Soul King Palace, do you still dare to attack them?"
Seeing Aizen's amused expression, Tsuna barely suppressed a laugh. "Sorry," he thought, "The fight's over. No wonder Aizen didn't say a word. He probably felt awkward about recording something like this."
"If that day ever comes, I hope you can help me get my revenge, although I have no right to ask you to do so."
Aizen let out a self-deprecating laugh. His feelings towards Tsuna, who both helped and hindered him, were complex. If he hadn't defected from Soul Society, would he have become friends with Tsuna like Urahara Kisuke?
"To give me some sense of involvement when you take action against the Soul King Palace, I've left you this as a reward."
A square pillar rose up in front of Aizen, and the box on top of the pillar opened automatically, revealing a black bead.
"If I remember correctly, you care quite a bit about these Arrancar. If I told you that I've found the power beyond the Arrancar's Resurrección, wouldn't that be a reward?"
