Orihime Inoue had good luck. When she first landed in the Seireitei, no one nearby noticed her location. She used Tsubaki of the Shun Shun Rikka to scout ahead while avoiding patrolling Bleach and making her way toward the tower within the Seireitei.

Orihime Inoue's luck held out. With Tsubaki's advance warning, she slipped through several streets in succession without being discovered.

But Orihime Inoue's luck ran out there. In a shadow neither she nor Tsubaki noticed, a burly figure was staring at her back.

Just as Orihime Inoue was celebrating having crossed another street, a sense of danger surged through her heart. She instinctively ducked, and a Zanpakuto slashed past the top of her head, grazing her hair.

"Dodged it, huh? You've got some damn lucky luck."

A rough voice sounded behind Orihime. As he spoke, the Zanpakuto swung horizontally before turning into another downward slash. Fortunately, with the first strike as warning, Orihime immediately used Fullbring Light beneath her feet to launch herself backward.

"Ryoka, regret all you want. After all, you've encountered me, Jirobo Ikkanzaka. One, two, three..."

This bulky man with a flat nose, beady eyes, and thick lips was Jirobo Ikkanzaka. Though his ambush had failed, he began counting down instead, as though to show off his magnanimity.

Naturally, Orihime Inoue would not stand around doing nothing during that time. She first summoned Tsubaki to her side, staying alert for Jirobo's next attack.

After finishing his countdown, Jirobo looked at Orihime with utter arrogance. "Savor the taste of regret, Ryoka!"

Jirobo used Flash Step to rush before Orihime, raised his Zanpakuto high, and brought it down in another slash. Prepared this time, Orihime sidestepped again and dodged it.
